It has been some time since I have seriously applied my energy towards WRITING and it is now time that I take the time to log some of my observations of this strange home of mine here on planet EARTH.
As we go through these intense, wild, and trans-formative times we each are beginning to see and experience the world through (what seems) to be a whole new set of eyes. As we look forward to moving into our higher selves and becoming the change that we want to see, we must also remember the tricks and deceptions that lie behind many of the doors of reality.

There are times in our lives in which we are the verge of a massive alteration and upgrade in our ABILITY to consciously affect our reality directly. Yet for some reason or another those times in our lives in which we are on the CUSP of creating something GRAND are the times in which we often face the greatest obstacles in our paths. Sometimes we even trip....HARD...sometimes hurting ourselves, sometimes we are wearing a HELMET for the occasion.
It's not just objects in our paths that must be removed, but programmed tapes and OPERATING SYSTEMS in our minds that we ourselves have to intently remove, discard, and disappear into the night. Right into the the BLACK VAN.
Many of us have now reached the TRUTH that no matter what, we are constantly creating our reality on some level. In the awareness of that, we have to truthfully examine how we got to where we are at...at this moment...whether we view our current reality as something POSITIVE or NEGATIVE. We are talking about the deeper realms of awareness that require a fierce soldier of the light that not only has no fear of the systems of control, but ALSO no fear or HESITATION in seeing what has to change within in order to operate at a higher level of existence on this plane of reality.
The next several years are going to bring enormous challenges and SUCKER PUNCHES in a seemingly infinite number of ways....How we ride this wave, this TSUNAMI, this current, this cycle is determined highly on our ability to flow with each experience. Of course, we have to be PRESENT to do that and catch and accept the blessings that the universe is trying to get us. We are in for a wild ride - EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US. We shall take special care to block out whatever energies , distractions, or forces of DARKNESS that may be inhibiting our expansion, potential sight and use of our BRAIN in this time -space reality.
There is a time and a place for every conversation, every friendship, and every idea to be spread about the land. (This is also important when it comes to understanding the necessity of remaining non attached to the moment which is constantly changing.) We have now reached this point on the mountain top and we can see clearly the rolling hills and valleys around us comprising of a seemingly endless row of homes, shopping centers, streets, and cars going somewhere... YET we wonder if the drivers inside those very cars have any idea where their own lives are going...or how they are going to get there.
But beyond what we see on the surface, the years of research we have done and things we have PERSONALLY experienced show us what is coming towards our neighborhoods, cities, and towns. WE SEE and FEEL the very presence of the timeless DARK army amassing their powers and plotting their attack through indirect and direct means to weaken and blunt our society into a new and highly technologically advanced form of human slavery ever known in the history of our currently civilization (according to recorded HISTORY that is...).
A primary KEY is seeing beyond the depth of planning on the part of global elite, and seeing into the portal of knowledge/walking through the doorway our our destiny into the reality which is rightful ours to experience in THIS LIFETIME if we do what we were meant to do when we agreed to come to this planet at this point in time, the most amazing time to be alive.
There is no more time to wait. You must begin to align with the path that you are supposed to be on very soon in order to bypass a series of very difficult lessons. My lesson at this time points directly to bypassing the running reality that I'm not going to be able to reach everybody that I want to reach and that is the way it is supposed to be where we are all here to make our own decisions and learn from the effect of WHAT WE CAUSED. For now, I focus my attention and awareness on some of the most open and inquisitive group of humans I have ever come across.
YOU. MY AUDIENCE.... IT IS YOU AND THE SOUL IN YOUR BODY THAT I SPEAK TO.
And this is why it's so important that you take the information that applies to you and use it to expand your consciousness and in short SAVE YOUR ASS. It is time you stood up and took back your own life into your own hands before the real hardships begin in this country. Lets be very clear. These are still the good times and they are rolling. For those that think this is the end of the game that's been played on us..YOU HAVE GOT ANOTHER THING COMING.

Speech for City Council April 21st, 2010 at 9:00
Good Morning Mayor Adams, and members of the council.
I am here today to share my concerns for the safety and security of Portland in the future ahead in light of the direction our nation is going at this time.
In a youtube.com video posted in January 2009, Mayor Adams said:
"I know I made big mistakes and I ask you for your forgiveness. I pledge to you I will work harder than I have ever worked before to make sure Portland meets its challenges."
Sam, I'm glad you said that because I am here to discuss those very challenges this city may face in the not too distant future such as the federal take over of our beloved city when a certain type of national disaster or state of emergency is declared by the executive branch of the US government, i.e. martial law is declared in America. Time does not allow to document what already has be proven to be fact such as numerous reports of hundreds of thousands of US troops incrementally being redeployed to operate under the command of NORTHCOM in the event of civil unrest.

What time does allow is the point to be made that although your predecessor Tom Potter is not longer the mayor, the clandestine plans for continuity of government in Portland remain firmly intact.
Topoff 4 stands for Top Officials 4. This was the huge federally funded anti terror drill that took place here in our city between October 15th and the 19th 2007.
On the surface this was simply a simulated joint response to an terrorist dirty bomb attack capitalizing on the fear generated by the events on 911, the same day that our government has used to justify the deaths of well over 1.4 million innocent people in Iraq and Afghanistan.
In reality, this was another example of a taxpayer funded exercise in the millions where multiple alphabet agencies of the US Government including the CIA, Department of Defense, even observers from Israel set up shop and practiced directing the city of Portland's emergency response. This included the imposition of checkpoints, controlling movement of citizens traveling in and out of this city, including goods. Locking it down like a large prison.
The drill also included FEMA setting up living centers and even something that appeared to be a FEMA run vaccination center as I witnessed at David Douglas High School and the University of Portland. At David Douglas I also saw Former Homeland Security Chief Michael Chertoff (who is well known for his associations and support of well known war criminals) visit a high school and meet with our children as he played his role as one of the head directors of response.
At a press conference at P.I.R., Governor of Oregon Ted Kulongoski jokingly said in a statement posted on Willamette Week's youtube channel:
"THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT EDUCATION FOR ME. IM ACTUALLY GOING TO FALL INTO A TRAP, AND SOMETHING SERIOUS IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME AND ILL HAVE TO TRIGGER THE SUCCESSION CLAUSE OF THE CONSTITUTION WHO BECOMES THE GOVERNOR IN A TIME OF EMERGENCY. IVE BEEN TOLD THE ONLY THING I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IS WHEN THEY START PUTTING THE RUBBER GLOVES ON."

Moving forward to late 2008, Oregon Representative Peter Defazio voiced his concerns about the real plans for 'continuity of government' before the house floor in congress. Defazio protested the fact that as a member of the Homeland Security Committee, he was NOT allowed to see the plans raising concerns that perhaps this was because of what truly lies in those plans, something that the public would find...alarming.
Portland, Oregon is a haven for military style drills that include the use of a multitude of government run helicopters flying over downtown and our neighborhoods.
Video and photo evidence of black helicopters swarming downtown Portland made the local news on Monday - August 25th,2008 when Army and Navy special forces conducted urban-warrior exercises, hanging their legs out of MH6 black helicopters holding machine guns, even jumping onto buildings terrifying eyewitnesses.

Former Mayor of Portland Tom Potter allowed this drill to take place unannounced causing panic to sweep the city resulting in a flood of 911 calls. Willamette Week published the text of an April 2008 letter from Potter to the U.S. Navy authorizing the training exercises. This is a small sample of what former Mayor Potter approved:
"Military operations in urban terrain, explosive breaching, fast rope insertion, live fire, low power training ammunition, simmunitions, flash bang, surveillance and counter surveillance."
This is why this is relevant today: The exercises are still going on unannounced. Different colored helicopters continue their drills and surveillance, while simultaneous naval and military war games are taking place in the Pacific NW in a new expanding training ground jurisdiction covering 4 entire states as was reported by the Oregonian last year.
I request that the council read National Security Presidential Directive 51 which is an executive order passed by Bush making the president -the executive branch- the sole power of authority in the US. This declaration still stands today along with a renewal of the PATRIOT ACT.
On January 11th, 2010, Whitehouse.gov openly announced Obama's executive order establishing the council of governors which essentially places 10 hand picked governors unelected by the people in control of ten FEMA regions, taking their orders directly from the Department of Defense and Northcom. We are in region 10.

All this is going on and much more and there is still 1 in 300 Americans on the terror watch list.
To quote the powerful words of civil rights leader Martin Luther King,
"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter."
Another quote also comes to mind.
"Silence is acceptance."
I formally ask you all to consider the warnings I have given you very seriously and ask you to stand with the people and those unjustly being labeled today as potential terrorists or enemy combatants (because they have different views) as to why we are truly at war and what solutions we should really be taking to restore our bill of rights and constitution to a place where it really ought to be, as the sole ruler of the land, not some stack of executive orders incrementally passed by multiple presidents seeking to expand executive authority over the land.
I also remind you that strings are attached when taking money from the federal government to dramatically upgrade red light cameras which doubles as a surveillance tool for the US Government, not to mention the threat to our right to privacy. The announcement that the infamous TSA division has been recruited to help run Trimet security is also an alarming turn of events. What I see unfolding here appears to be nothing less than a dangerous dance with the devil that might end up with some of us burned in the process.
I ask you all to ponder what it means to be on the right side of history. This very council and mayor could very well be the leaders in charge when all this goes down. We the people are counting on you to act in our best interest.

Break the Spell and Believe You are Protected
Our World is in a time of transition; our minds go where our thoughts take it. We are all just energy, positive or negative the choice is ours we create our own reality. A positive attitude and perspective is the real secret which will heal our wounds. Truth is the light, Love is in my heart and I am working to help share my blessings with others. We are all connected in a matrix as we pull down the barriers of our past which has been veiled for our own mental purity. Now we understand the forces are calling us to work for the light and use the negative energies rebuking them not allowing the to have control. Our reality is we are Free, living in a Free Republic not a Demonocracy. God is omnipresent; is not just a statement, it is a fact. I am asking everyone to be aware of our Choice we do have and our true power to be happy. To be happy is to accept the truth as it is and work toward the goal of becoming one. Not to allow Love to be tainted with corporate infiltrators, buying and paying for spin and lies. Our freedom is Truth, we have been blessed with the opportunity to learn more than any other time in history take the truth and share it with as many peoople as possilbe. This is our Freedom. True Freedom!

Defeating the New World Order and creating a free world on this planet is the destination.
Speaking out, helping others, enjoying life, and evolving as individuals along the way is a critical part of the journey towards this end goal.
If we believe that we will be unsuccessful in our goal of overcoming tyranny and global oppression, then the journey towards humanity's destined liberation will be a painful one.
Therefore I feel it is important to reflect on how we are living our lives today on this journey towards the challenging adventurous future ahead. This means that we ought to seek to find and refine how we can be present and walk mindfully as we step along the path of our lives.

2010: This is it.
Here we are in 2010, a year some say is the year of Truth and Peace.
It can be, it will be, if we WILL it into reality and create it instead of waiting for it to be created for us.
Reality however is that things naturally get worse for people before they realize there is even a problem. America is a few heart beats from hitting bottom and then and only then will people realize that they need to change.
Lucky for us we are able to see the coordinates for where the NEW WORLD ORDER would like to take us, but knowing is only half the battle.
We need to work to get to a place inside our hearts where we feel POWERFUL and STRONG.
However you get there is up to you. But get there you must.
